Crafted in the late 1970s, this lambskin flap has the soft, classic structure expected from Chanel pieces of this era. The quilting remains defined with some natural flattening from age. Light surface lines are visible on the front and back. All four corners show wear with minor rubbing and colour loss, and the edging shows general use consistent with vintage wear. The base displays gentle creasing from normal handling.
Interior:
The burgundy leather interior shows age-related rubbing, small scratches and scattered marks. The inner flap leather on the side opposite the pockets has been professionally replaced in burgundy leather, most likely during an earlier Chanel service. The replaced section has a slightly different tone compared to the original lining, which is visible when comparing both sides.
