Do you buy vintage?
We accept vintage Chanel and Hermes. Other brands are reviewed as contemporary pieces that meet our condition standards.
Can I choose my price if I consign?
Yes. We provide a recommended payout range and you choose your target payout. For example, a Chanel bag may be suggested at A$3,500 to A$4,000 depending on condition and demand. If you choose $A$4,000, we set the public list price to cover our fee and any agreed costs. Higher targets can take longer to sell. Lower targets can sell faster. We will advise how your choice may affect time to sell.
Do I need to calculate fees?
No. Every instant payout quote and every consignment range we provide is already net of our fees. The amount you see is the amount you receive.
Why is the website list price higher than my chosen payout?
Your payout is the net amount you receive. The list price includes our commission and any agreed costs such as authentication, shipping and platform fees. Your payout stays as agreed unless you ask us to change it.
What happens if you cannot provide an instant payout quote?
We may offer consignment instead. At times we offer instant payout only. In some cases we decline both options if demand or verification is not suitable.
What do buyers prefer to see included?
Full set is ideal. Box, dust bag, receipt and authenticity card. Chanel example: a bag with authenticity card and serial number seal is preferred. If you do not have a full set, clear photos and any proof of purchase still help us price fairly.
Can I change my consignment price after listing?
Yes, you can request a change. We will advise how pricing may affect time to sell.
Do you source bags on request?
No. We provide quotes for items that sellers submit. We do not source specific items.

How are quotes calculated?
Model, condition, colour and material, inclusions and current resale demand in the Australian market.
How quickly will I get paid?
For instant payout, payment is processed after approval and inspection and sent to your nominated bank account. For consignment, payout follows the completed sale.

How do I ship my item to you for instant payout or consignment?
After you accept a quote, we provide packing guidance. For some items we provide a prepaid label. If a label is not provided, please use a trackable service and keep your receipt and tracking.
Do you cover shipping and insurance when I am sending my item to you?
Shipping may be covered by us depending on the item and the quote. Insurance is optional and arranged by you if you choose to add it. We recommend insuring to the item’s value.
Who holds the risk during shipping?
For items you send to us, please use a trackable, insured service and keep proof of postage and tracking. Risk remains with the sender until the parcel is received and signed for by Luxury Shopping
. For items we ship to you, parcels are tracked, fully insured and require a signature on delivery.

Do you offer a payment plan?
