How the plan works

  1. Add to cart
    Browse our collection, open the bag you want and add it to cart.
  2. Choose Payment Plan at checkout
    At checkout select Put this order on Payment Plan.
  3. Pay the deposit
    Pay a twenty percent deposit to reserve the item. Include the item SKU in your bank transfer reference.
  4. We email your schedule
    We send your start and end dates, each due date and the amounts. Pay weekly or fortnightly over eight weeks. Ask before a due date if you need up to two weeks as a grace period.
  5. Delivery
    Once the final payment clears we dispatch with tracking and signature on delivery.

Important details

  • Layaway payments are by bank transfer.
  • The twenty percent deposit is not refundable if you cancel.
  • If you cancel before delivery we keep the deposit and refund other cleared instalments.
  • If payments stop and we cannot reach you, the plan may be cancelled and the item returned to stock. The deposit is kept and other cleared instalments are refunded.
  • All payments must be completed within ten weeks including any agreed grace period.
  • Prices are fixed while your plan is active. Items ship after the full balance is paid.

Eligible orders can use Afterpay, Klarna or Wizit at checkout, subject to each provider’s approval and limits. These follow the provider’s terms and are separate from our layaway plan.

Is there any interest

No. There is no interest when you follow the agreed schedule.

What is the minimum deposit

Twenty percent of the item price.

Can I extend my plan

Often yes. Tell us before a payment is due. We can usually add up to two weeks as a grace period.

What happens if I miss a payment

We will contact you to arrange a catch up payment. If payments stop, the plan may be cancelled and the item returned to stock. The deposit is kept. Other cleared instalments are refunded.

When will my order ship

We dispatch after the final payment clears. Parcels are tracked, insured and require a signature on delivery.

Can I switch to another item

Possibly. It depends on the item and availability. Please ask before your second payment. If approved, we transfer what you have paid to the new item and update the schedule. Some items are not eligible.

Are all items eligible

Most handbags are eligible. Limited releases and very high demand pieces may be excluded. Ask us to confirm.
