Processing and delivery
- Dispatch within one to three business days after payment clears
- Tracking number sent by email
- Typical Australia delivery one to three business days depending on location
Shipping rates
- Australia free tracked shipping with signature on delivery
- International tracked shipping available, fees vary by location
- All buyer orders are tracked and insured
Return window
- Australia claim a refund within three days of delivery
- International claim a refund within two days of delivery
- Exclusions promotional items, homeware and accessories except wallets
How to start a return
- Email admin@chandbag.com before 7 pm AEST within your return window and wait for approval
- Keep the security tag intact and pack the item exactly as received with all inclusions
- Use a tracked service with signature on delivery and share the tracking number with us
- Once received and approved, we process your refund to the original payment method
You are responsible for return shipping and risk until the parcel is signed for by Luxury Shopping .
Refunds and non refundable fees
- Administrative fee five percent of the final item price or 150 AUD, whichever is higher
- Payment method fees from third party gateways are not refunded
- Shipping costs paid by Luxury Shopping are not refunded both outbound and return
- International duties and taxes are not refunded
- Payment Plan purchases the deposit is not refunded if cancelled or returned
Important notes
- We cannot change your address once a tracking number is created
- If paying with PayPal, your checkout address must match your PayPal primary address
- Returned items must be unused and in original condition with all accessories included
